Return and exchange policy

At VANTGEE, we aim to provide a convenient and secure shopping experience that ensures your complete satisfaction.

retrieval

• The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 2 days of the date of receipt.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging.
• The return fee of 30 riyals will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after the product has been inspected and its condition confirmed.

substitution

• The exchange cost is 50 riyals within 3 days of the date of receipt.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging.
• The replacement will be shipped to the customer after the first product has been received and verified to meet the requirements.

Important notes

• If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us with your order number, and our customer service team will contact you.
• Products that have been used or whose original packaging is damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
