Return Policy
We do not offer exchanges, only returns.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him by Vantage within two days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to return it after two days have passed from receiving the product.
2- The product must be returned in its original condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it . The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The value of the shipping policy will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4 - The consumer bears the value of the return policy. The value of the policy is 28 riyals.
The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If scratches, fingerprints or any defect appear on the product due to the consumer’s mishandling.
- If the product is more than two days old from the delivery date.
- If the outer box is missing or broken.
- If the glasses cloth is missing.
- If the mobile glasses case is missing.
- If the glasses cases are missing.
- If the contents of the glasses packaging are missing

Reason for return
Vantage Returns Team will respond to your email and send you a return policy.
Submit the policy and product to the nearest Aramex branch.
After we receive the product and inspect it, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days.

كيف حاط الدفع عند الاستلام واذا جينا نتم الطلب مانحصل الدفع عند الاستلام هذا اول ثاني ياليت تحط طريقة الاستراحع مثلاً اذا ماركبت علي النظاره يحقلي استرجع ؟
